<p>Commercial real estate continues to thrive in Brevard County.  In the 1970&#8217;s businesses were almost all tied to the Kennedy Space Center.  Today, Brevard offers a wide variety of commercial opportunities to start a new business or grow a current business.  Some cities like Rockledge are establishing town centers and redevelopment areas to encourage business growth.  A buyer or seller needs to know what is planned as these areas can increase in value rapidly after redevelopment is finished.  Come back for further updates as we feature different redevelopment projects and plans.   </p>
