Brevard County, also known as the Space Coast of Florida, offers a wide variety of homes in many different settings and price ranges. Buyers are becoming more active and prices are more reasonable. Commercial Real Estate in Brevard County
Commercial real estate continues to thrive in Brevard County. In the 1970’s businesses were almost all tied to the Kennedy Space Center. Today, Brevard offers a wide variety of commercial opportunities to start a new business or grow a current business. Some cities like Rockledge are establishing town centers and redevelopment areas to encourage business growth. A buyer or seller needs to know what is planned as these areas can increase in value rapidly after redevelopment is finished. I would love to get back down to your area. One of our best July 4th memories took place on Coco Beach for the fireworks display. WOW! How cool was that to see fireworks shot from a barge out in the Atlantic Ocean. I look forward to reading all the great content you guys are going to write. You’re off to an awesome start!
